As an HR Data & Compensation Specialist, you'll combine your analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail. Your role will involve maintaining accurate HR data and ensuring our compensation and benefits packages are both competitive and aligned with our objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Analysis, Reporting, and Controlling
Data Analysis and Remuneration Strategy
Analyse and review compensation data to ensure competitiveness.
Participate in market benchmarking to help shape our compensation strategy.
Model remuneration data and calculate variable pay structures.
Support HR colleagues with data analysis and the development of remuneration policies.
Coordinate annual performance bonuses and salary reviews.
Controlling
Calculate and manage monthly bonus reserves.
Forecast monthly salaries and bonuses to ensure budget alignment.
Reporting
Generate regular ESG and financial remuneration reports.
Collect and verify HR and remuneration data across the region to ensure accuracy.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
We'll teach you what you don't yet know, but you do need to have some skills already.
At least 3 years of experience with data analytics. Experience in HR controlling and/or financial planning is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of budgeting and cost control.
Ideally, knowledge of HR practices and compensation structures.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Strong communication skills in Czech (or Slovak) and English.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
“Can Do” attitude; problem-solving abilities and a knack for proposing effective solutions.
Ownership of the assigned agenda.
Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
